GeeniusXperiences
A GeeniusXperience is a self-contained sequence of activities that a user engages in to achieve a desired outcome. A GeeniusXperience allows self-direction and flexibility while imposing process sequencing when it’s needed. A typical GeeniusXperience will include tasks such as study a lesson, read some articles, write a report, participate in a discussion, take a quiz, or do an assignment. Participants function in different roles, where some roles have responsibility for facilitation, coaching and mentoring.

As a user engages in a GeeniusXperience they are directed through their activities as well as having access to guidance as needed.

Tom Rudmik, Co-Founder, CEO
Tom Rudmik brings a blend of visionary leadership and pragmatic business experience to GEENIUS.
Tom is also the founder of Master’s Academy and College, a K-12, R&D school located in Calgary, Canada. Master’s vision is to produce “Profound Learning”, a 21st century learning model that elevates student learning to heights not achievable using the traditional industrial age assembly line approach, with the signature being innovation and creativity. Today Master’s is one of the highest performing schools in the province of Alberta.
In 2000, Tom launched the development of the GEENIUS platform with the express intent of developing breakthrough technologies to massively enhance human performance in learning. Our patented solution, through independent studies, has proven to elevate long-term knowledge retention to over 90+% versus the typical 5-10%.
Tom has presented at numerous conferences on 21st Century Learning and authored the book " Seeing the Invisible, Doing the Impossible, ... unlocking the entrepreneurial visionary spirit within everyone".
Andy Rudmik Ph.D, Co-Founder, CTO, President
Dr. Andy Rudmik's strengths are envisioning and planning for the future to have systems in place when the market timing is right for those systems. This ability to see the future has put GEENIUS in the forefront of the product innovation curve.
Previously, at Modus Operandi (MO), a boutique software house, Andy was the Sr VP/Chief Scientist and Principal Investigator on a number of state-of-the-art research projects with various Government Laboratories. His research interests included distributed systems, system modeling and model-based software development. Andy was responsible for acquiring commercial business with Florida Power and Light in two highly competitive scenarios. As a result of his efforts, MO landed two substantial contracts. The first project was a distributed power generation management system and the second, a web-based load shedding system.

Geenius Learning Experiences
A student begins their learning journey on the left and progress through various paths until they have completed the required activities. A coach guides the student through their activities providing feedback and encouragement as they progress. Learning is student-directed; students make decisions and may select different paths to attain the desired outcomes.
A well-designed learning experience will incorporate the following learning elements:
- Motivators create a mindset and desire for the student to accomplish the desired experience outcomes.
- Coaching to steer students through their learning activities.
